Returns
Our refund policy is All Sales are Final on custom made crochet items.

Exchanges (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when received. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at thek8c@gmail.com and send your item to The Kre8tive Collection fka Virtuous Fashion Designz: 16260 Louis Ave, #421 South Holland, IL 60473.  To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt (No exceptions).

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Shipping
All beaded bracelet products are shipped within 5-10 (business days) using the following carriers: USPS. To return your product, you should mail your product to The Kre8tive Collection fka Virtuous Fashion Designz: 16260 Louis Ave, #421 South Holland, IL 60473. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We encourage you to make sure you get a tracking number to ensure the item is received. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We do not ship internationally at this time, we only ship to all 51 states.  Items must be shipped to a physical location and not a P.O. Box address.  

We can not guarantee that your shipment will arrive on time due to winter, rainstorms, USPS delays, etc.  We encourage you to keep checking your tracking number.

For Gift Baskets Return Policy:

At Virtuous Fashion Designz, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, you are required to contact us about the damage within 24 hours of delivery. We can either re-ship the item or issue a full refund. To process your return, we require that you send the damaged item back to us in its original state, unopened. Please note that we may need to make substitutions at times, especially throughout the year, and the packaging may differ from the product images on our website. However, this will not be considered a valid reason for returning an item at our expense or offering a discount.

If you wish to return an item for reasons other than defects or mistakes on our part, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees and a 30% restocking fee.

Once we receive and inspect your exchange, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt and approval or rejection of your return request.

Crochet/Knitted Items

Processing Time 1-2 weeks (business days)

The holiday seasons such as Thanksgiving (Black Friday), Christmas, etc, may be a delay in shipping time. Turnaround may be up to 4 weeks.  We encourage you to get your orders in early to ensure on-time shipping.

Refunds for crochet or knitting items are 48 hours after the final purchase.  After 48 hours, refunds will no longer be accepted

VFD is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Contact your local USPS office for any lost/stolen packages. We will provide you with a tracking number.

Your billing, shipping address, and contact information will not be sold and is only used for:
